The Automobile Club de l?Ouest announced the creation in 2010 of a cup reserved for competitors in the LM P1 category: The Intercontinental Le Mans Cup 2010. Three events contested on three continents will be on the program for this competition. The first meeting will take place at Silverstone (September 13). The second round will be contested at the Petit Le Mans (October 2), before the final event on the Asian continent during an Asian Le Mans Series event in November.
