Stéphane Daoudi, associated with Hector Lester, finished seventh in the first race at Knockhill, venue for the second round of the British GT championship, this weekend. On the other hand, during the second race, the Ferrari F430 Team GT3 of the Lester/Daoudi crew could not go to the end.
Initially, Stéphane Daoudi was to participate this weekend in the 1000 km of Spa-Francorchamps, second round of the Le Mans Series. But Modena Group, which was to field the Frenchman at the wheel of a Ferrari GT2, was unable to keep its commitment. Stéphane Daoudi then replaced the Dane Allan Simonsen (retained at Spa) for the British GT races at Knockhill.
