With “Supported by Iron Dames”, the Iron Dames structure is acquiring a new floor. This will serve as an incubator for female drivers by providing them with the resources, visibility and support necessary to eventually join the main team.
The first to join this new initiative are three promising athletes, each embodying the values of the Iron Dames brand: Emma Chalvin, Laura van den Hengel and Ava Lawrence.
Aged 23, Emma Chalvin became French champion of Rallycross in 2022 and finished sixth in the Beyond Rally Program organized by the WRC This year.
Dutchwoman Laura van den Hengel (33) began her career in motorsport in karting before a six-year break. In 2024, she completed her first full season in the European GT Open with Porsche, securing several top 10 and top 3 finishes in qualifying. She will continue on this path in 2025.
The youngest of the trio at just 10 years old, Ava Lawrence has distinguished herself at Iron Dames Young Talents events. She also won the 2024 MENA Cup as the first female champion in all categories, finished second in the 2024-2025 IAME Series in the UAE, and qualified for the 2025 Rotax International Trophy and the IAME World Finals.
