Fangio's Maserati, Ford GT40... Beautiful lots at the Aguttes sale before the start of the Tour Auto

Classic car fans should prepare themselves; they will see some lovely cars at the next auction by Aguttes, which will be held on April 7 at the Parc Expo de Paris Porte de Versailles, during the 34th edition of the Tour Auto (April 7-12).

For the fifth consecutive year, the Parisian auction house will present a select selection of classic cars, as well as collector's watches, wines and spirits, luggage, and even contemporary art.

But let's focus on the classic cars. Among the lots are some exceptional cars, such as a Ferrari 550. Maranello from 1996… ex-Michael Schumacher with an estimated sale price of between 200 and 000 euros. Products from the seven-time world champion will also be available, such as a helmet worn during pre-season testing at Fiorano in 250, as well as mechanical components from various F1 which punctuated his stay in Maranello.

For the more classic and lovers of beautiful French cars, the Aguttes house offers in its catalog a Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 with an expected value between 200 and 000 euros. In the spirit rally, we also find a Ferrari 308 Gr. B “Michelotto” from 1980. This time, the range is higher with an estimate starting at 700 euros and possibly exceeding one million.

Other jewels of automotive heritage will be on display, including a 40 Ford GT1965 that took part in the 12 Hours of Sebring, the 120 Jaguar XK 1949 Berlinette Barou, which shone in the Tour de France Automobile, and even the 6 Maserati A1948 GCS Monofaro Usine, driven by the legend Juan-Manuel Fangio in the Grand Prix de Rome.
