The list of prestigious guests for the Grand Prix de France Historique is growing by the day. On Thursday, organizers announced the presence of Stéphane De Groodt from April 25 to 27, at the Paul Ricard circuit. The Belgian actor and director will participate in the Masters Group C – Protos 1982 to 1993 races with Team GPX, driving the Rondeau M382 alongside Julien Fébreau. He will also drive a Formula 1 during the single-seater parades: the Cheers AP02 from 1999.
Stéphane De Groodt, a great motorsport enthusiast, has had the opportunity to drive several GTs in recent years, notably in Alpine Europa Cup. In 2022, he also had the opportunity to drive a recent Formula 1 car thanks to the arrowed A. The Belgian took the wheel of theAlpine A521Esteban Ocon on the Monza track, again in the company of Julien Fébreau and Jacques Villeneuve.
