The return to the track ofIMSA will take place at Daytona on July 3 and 4 in Florida with an entry list showing 26 cars to make up the starting grid.
In the premier DPi category, Acura Team Penske, Mazda Motorsports, Wayne Taylor Racing, Action Express Racing and JDC-Miller (with Sébastien Bourdais in the No. 5 Cadillac and Tristan Vautier in the No. 85) will be there to aim for the final victory in this 2h40 event.
The GTLM will be able to count on the two BMW M8 – Team RLL, the two Corvette C8.R and the two Porsche 911 RSR, the German brand leaving the series for the record at the end of the 2020 season.
The most extensive class, the GTD will feature 12 GT3s, with Acura, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes and Porsche as brands represented.
