IMSA will return to a long distance format on June 26 with the 6 Hours of Glen. 49 cars will be entered for this round.

49 cars expected for the 6 Hours of Glen

The seventh round of the seasonIMSA will take place on Sunday June 26 at the Watkins Glen circuit, for a six-hour race. This will be the third test of theEndurance Cup after the 24 Hours of Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring. The five categories will be back with 49 cars announced: 7 DPi, 7 LM P2, 11 LM P3, 7 GTD Pro and 17 GTD.

Father and son Montoya will once again be racing together this season in the #81 DragonSpeed alongside Henrik Hedman. In GTD Pro, the New York circuit will see the return of Risi Competizione from Sebring, with Daniel Serra and Davide Rigon. Last minute absence 24 Hours of Le Mans and replaced by Absolute Racing, Team Hardpoint will be at the start of the race with Rob Ferriol and Katherine Legge, alongside Stefan Wilson.
