4H Dubai 1 – H+1: Pure Rxcing ahead of Proton and DKR

• Third race of the 2024-2025 season of the Asian Le Mans Series, the 4 Hours of Dubai 1 started this Saturday at 11:10 (French time) with Giorgio Roda (Proton Competition) on pole position. The Orecas of the German team made an excellent start since Alexander Mattschull positioned himself in second place behind the Italian at the first corner.
• Christian Ried's team, however, left the lead of the event to the Oreca n°91 of Pure Rxcing driven by the ever-formidable Aliaksandr Malykhin, world champion ofEndurance in the LMGT3 category. Julien Andlauer and Harry King's teammate is ahead of Roda and Georgios Kolobos (DKR Engineering) at the end of the first hour.
• In LM P3, the standings are dominated by the No. 320 Bretton Racing Ligier JS P26 driven by Jens Reno Moeller. The substantial GT field of 27 cars is still led by the category polesitter, American Dustin Scott Blattner at the wheel of the Ferrari 296 GT3 #74 of Kessel Racing.
• The race was neutralized by a red flag a few minutes into the second hour of racing.
