Giorgio Roda has been unbeatable in the launched tour exercise since the start of the 2024-2025 Asian season Le Mans Series. Already a double poleman in Sepang during the Malaysian double header (6-8 December), the Italian signed two new pole positions this weekend in Dubai. At the wheel of the Oreca n°22 of Proton Competition, the transalpine driver signed his best lap in 1:47.569 to take pole of the first race of the weekend and a second best lap in 1:48.049 to take that of the second race.

Roda finished ahead of the #50 AF Corse Oreca driven by Jeremy Clarke both times. Aliaksandr Malykhin in the #91 Pure Rxcing and Alexander Mattschull in the #11 Proton Competition secured second row positions in both races.

Thomas Kiefer took the LM P3 pole position for both races in his ALMS debut in the No. 320 High Class Racing Ligier JS P49. Dustin Blattner was quickest to take both GT pole positions in the No. XNUMX High Class Racing Ligier JS PXNUMX. Ferrari 296 GT3 #74 of Kessel Racing.
