AF Corse has unveiled the Ferrari 499P number 83 that the team will line up in the Hypercar category of the World ChampionshipEndurance for the second time in 2025.
The car, which will be driven by rookie Phil Hanson, the former F1 Robert Kubica and Ferrari official driver Yifei Ye, will once again sport its iconic Giallo Modena livery. It takes up the distinctive lines of the official 499Ps that triumphed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023 and 2024, with a new shade of red complementing the dominant yellow. The same darker red as that present on Nos. 50 and 51, unveiled on Friday.
In its debut season, the #499 83P won the Lone Star Le Mans in Austin, Texas, and two class victories in the Hypercar World Cup. The car also played a major role in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, leading the race for 83 laps before retiring with an electrical problem.
