Anthony Davidson did not want to take any risks. In consultation with the leaders of Peugeot Sport, the Briton has decided to skip the 6 Hours of Silverstone. As a reminder, Davidson suffered a broken left collarbone this summer following a fall while cycling, and is not yet 100% recovered.
“Anthony is practically recovered, explains Pascal Dimitri, Team Manager of Peugeot Sport. But we do not want to take the slightest risk both for him, who must regain all his sensations, and for Peugeot which is fighting for the title in ILMC. We need him in Petit Le Mans which arrives very quickly behind Silverstone.
