Death of Carroll Shelby

Known above all as a great car preparer, Carroll Shelby was also a brilliant racing driver who even competed in eight Grands Prix in F1 between 1958 and 1959, the year in which he imposed himself on 24 Hours of Le Mans with an Aston Martin DBR1. The creator of the legendary AC Cobra and Mustang Shelby died last Thursday at the age of 89.
