The ALMS has confirmed that the DeltaWing will be eligible for points next season. His commitment to the 2012 season finale at Petit Le Mans with Gunnar Jeannette and Lucas Ordonez will allow officials to analyze the data and performance of the hybrid prototype in order to choose its category while possibly adjusting the balance of performance.
