It is difficult to draw any lessons from these free practice sessions for the 12 Hours of Sebring as the competitors do not try to tease the time, or even do not even take to the track (Corvette and Aston Martin). The Audis were extremely discreet. The #18 R2 e-tron quattro of Kristensen-McNish-Di Grassi is 22nd in 2'01"972, and the #1 of Tréluyer-Fässler-Jarvis is even further behind.
