GTLM champion in the United Sportscar Championship in 2014, Canadian Kuno Wittmer will join BMW Team RLL in 2016 in the new WeatherTech Sportscar Championship to compete in three races at the wheel of the new M6 GTLM: the 24 Hours of Daytona in Florida (January 30-31 ), the 12 Hours of Sebing in Florida (March 19) and Petit Le Mans in Georgia on October 1st.
The former TRG-AMR resident this season in the GTD category has already been able to test the latest creation from the Munich firm, during tests last October on the Sebring track alongside Bill Auberlen, Dirk Werner and John Edwards.
