The last two hours of qualifying 24 Hours of Le Mans viennent d’être entamées. Romain Dumas part au volant de l’Audi n°3 (en pole) tandis que André Lotterer est aux commandes la R18 n°1 (deuxième). Tom Kristensen s’élance sur la R18 n°2 (troisième). Oliver Jarvis est sur la R18 n°4. La Toyota No. 8 by Davidson-Buemi-Sarrazin is ready to leave her stand. Nicolas lapierre takes the track on the TS030 n°7. The Pescarolo 03-Judd of Collard-Boullion-Hall is at its stand, the mechanics actively working on the No. 16.
The temperature has dropped to less than 20°C and the wind is bringing the clouds back towards the circuit. The teams don't take long to get their cars out and traffic is heavy on the track.
