The Dome had been forgotten for several hours in its box but the Pescarolo team seems to be working to put the No. 17 back in working order.
With just over half an hour to go, André Lotterer is comfortably in the lead in the No. 1 Audi. The German is close to a second consecutive success in Sarthe, just like his teammates Marcel Fässler and Benoît Tréluyer. Tom Kristensen will not be able to achieve a ninth regular success at the wheel of the No. 18 R2 which lost contact with the first hybrid R18 following Allan McNish's accident. Mike Rockenfeller is at the wheel of the No. 3 while Loïc duval is at the wheel of #4.
