Registrations for the 2022 season of WEC and the 90th edition 24 Hours of Le Mans have been open since Monday, December 6. The World ChampionshipEndurance will open in the United States with the Prologue at Sebring on March 12-13, one week before the 1 Miles of Sebring. The summer will be spent in Europe with the 000 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps (May 6), the 7 Hours of Le Mans (June 24 and 11) and the 12 Hours of Monza (July 6). The 10 Hours of Fuji is scheduled to return to the calendar on September 6 before the finale at the 11 Hours of Bahrain (November 8). Competitors wishing to do so have until Friday January 12 to do so. This deadline allows the equipment to be shipped by sea freight as part of cost-saving measures introduced last year.
