Ligier European Series – 19 cars entered for Monza

After Le Castellet in France, and Imola in Italy, the competitors of the Liger European Series met from June 8 to 11 on the circuit of 24 Hours of Le Mans for the flagship event of the 2022 calendar where Gillian Henrion (Team Virage) asserted her dominance at the start of the season. For this unmissable round, teams and drivers from all walks of life came to tease the season's entrants to reach a record number of 39 cars on track. There are now three heats left on the calendar and the season's regulars will meet again in Italy, at the legendary Temple of Speed. 19 cars will be there.

The Monza Heat will begin on Friday July 1 with two 40-minute free practice sessions at 9:40 a.m. and 14 p.m. Then it's time for the two qualifying sessions of fifteen minutes each at 16:20 p.m. and 16:45 p.m. which will determine the starting grids for races 1 and 2. The serious things will begin on Saturday with two fierce one-hour races, the first at 11:25 a.m. and the second at 14:50 p.m.
