Ligier European Series – Castellet: Gillian Henrion wins Race 1

The first race of the weekend in the Ligier European Series took place this Saturday at 10:50 a.m. Gillian Henrion started from pole position for Team Virage. The Frenchman was not worried and won this one-hour race with a significant margin over his first pursuers. LR Motorsport with Simone Riccitelli and Nicola Neri and Monza Garage with George King and Ronnie Valori were almost 50 seconds behind on the podium. In the JS2 R category, Haytham Qarajouli also validated his pole position for RLR MSport. He beat the team's second car driven by Horst Felix Felbemayr and Laurent Millara for MSport.
