Ligier European Series – Race 2: Henrion finishes in style

While Gillian Henrion and Horst Felix Felbermayr were each heading towards a big victory for this last race of the season in the Ligier European Series, a Safety Car reignited the suspense less than 25 minutes from the end following the retirement of Cédric Oltramare (COOL Racing). A neutralization which did not disturb the Frenchman from Team Virage, author of another double victory this season after winning race 1 earlier in the day. The Lorraine has won no less than 11 of the 12 races contested this season. The JS P4 champion has the Italian duo of Team LR Motorsport (Riccitelli / Neri) and Natan Bihel (M Racing) finishing runner-up.

Horst Felix Felbermayr won in the JS2 R category with the No. 40 of RLR MSport. The Austrian got the better of Haytham Qarajoujli in the No. 75 of RLR MSport. Already assured of the title in this class, the Kuwaiti was accompanied by the Briton Martin Rich this weekend. Frenchman Gilles Poret completed the podium for CTF Performance.
