Ligier European Series – Henrion and Qarajouli dominate the first round

The first race of the weekend in the Ligier European Series at Imola was marked by numerous track exits and several technical problems. Starting from pole position, Gillian Henrion had to fight until the last quarter of an hour to get rid of Nathan Bihel (MSport) and continue her flawless performance this season. The Team Virage driver thus pockets a third victory in three races. The duo George King-Ronnie Valori (Monza Garage) completed the podium. The battle was also intense in JS2 R with Haytham Qarajouli. Starting from pole position, the Kuwaiti overtook Laurent Millara (MSport) ten minutes from time to secure his second victory of the season.

Race 2 will take place this Saturday at 15:15 p.m.
