Un quatrième Full Course Yellow a été mis en place au Nürburgring pour prendre en charge la Porsche 911 RSR n°88 du Abu Dhabi – Proton Racing, qui a été percutée par la Porsche 919 Hybrid n°2 de tête, alors pilotée par Marc Lieb.
The leading LM P1 was damaged at the front bonnet and will enter the pits under Full Course Yellow. The Porsche mechanics replaced the hood and Neel Jani took over from Marc Lieb. The No. 919 Porsche 1 of Mark Webber should take control of the race.
