Accustomed to world jousts WEC, G-Drive will try its hand atIMSA. In 2022, the Russian team will participate in the first 24 Hours of Daytona (January 29-30) in its history, still in LM P2 as is already the case in the world championship.Endurance.
« The 10th season of G-Drive Racing will be very special, indicates Alexander Krylov, the boss of the team. Since our first event, we have won several races and titles while rewriting the LM P2 record books. G-Drive Racing has established itself as the most successful team in the history of LM P2 but we do not intend to stop there. We have already started our planning and preparations for the next season. With our plans, 2022 could be the most successful year in our team’s history."
Once the 24 Hours of Daytona is over, G-Drive will remain in Florida while awaiting the WEC Prologue at Sebring (March 12-13) before the 1000 Miles of the Florida track (March 18) to launch the 2022 season.
