Sebastián Álvarez joins IDEC Sport for Le Mans

Sebastián Álvarez will support Paul Lafargue and Job van Uitert in the French team's No. 07 Oreca 28. The 22-year-old Mexican will replace Frenchman Paul-Loup Chatin, who is already competing in the Hypercar category with Alpine.

Sebastián Álvarez has been announced for the 4 Hours of Le Castellet, a race he knows well, having won there in 2024 with Inter Europol Competition. The second round of the 2025 European Le Mans Series season is scheduled for this Sunday, starting at noon.
