Yellow flag here in Sebring. The cause, the smoke emanating from the Mazda engine of the DeltaWing, stopped on the side of the track. It seems that the Florida clock is over for Andy Meyrick and Olivier Pla, the Frenchman not even being able to take the wheel in the race.
In front, Allan McNish dislodged Marcel Fässler from first place in the race. Behind, after Lucas Luhr lost the left front wheel of his Muscle Milk Pickett Racing HPD ARX-03c, it was the No. 12 Lola Rebellion of Nick Heidfeld who moved into third place.
The LM P2 and GT categories are respectively dominated by the Zytek Z11SN-Nissan Greaves Motorsport of Tom Kimber-Smith and the No. 6 Corvette C1 ZR4 of Tommy Milner.
