Sérgio Sette Câmara joins the Road to Le Mans entries

Brazilian Sérgio Sette Câmara will compete in the Road to Le Mans, the support race for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, in the LMP2 Pro/Am category.

Sérgio Sette Câmara joins the Road to Le Mans entries

Sérgio Sette Câmara will discover the circuit of 24 Hours of Le Mans. After making his debut in the European Le Mans Series this season, including a victory in the LMP2 Pro-Am category at the 4 Hours of Le Castellet with Nielsen Racing, the Brazilian joined Inter Europol Competition to contest Road to Le Mans, the support race for the Sarthe classic and the flagship round of the Michelin Le Mans Cup championship. He will team up with Chinese driver David Pun in the No. 325 Inter Europol Competition Ligier JS P43.

58 cars on the starting grid for Road to Le Mans

58 cars will be on the starting grid. The LMP3 grid will feature 23 cars for the Silver and Gold-ranked drivers. Championship leaders CLX Motorsport will enter three cars in this category. The No. 87 Ligier of Alvise Rodella and Pierre Alexandre Provost, leaders of the MLMC championship, and the No. 97 Ligier of Cédric Oltramare and David Droux, winner of the RTLM last year, currently second in the standings, will be joined by the No. 37 Ligier of Theodor Jensen and Adrien Closmenil, leaders of the championship. ELMS LMP3. The Franco-Danish duo collected 52 points in the first two ELMS races.

The LMP3 Pro/Am class will feature 20 cars, with Stefan Aust and Felipe Fernandez-Laser in the No. 71 Rinaldi Racing Ligier leading the championship standings after two races. This class will welcome the first-ever RTLM winner, Thomas Laurent, who will drive the No. 2 DKR Engineering Ginetta alongside Estonian Antti Ramo. Laurent won with DC Racing in 2016 alongside Alexandre Cougnaud, finishing 16 seconds ahead of Martin Brundle and Christian England in the United Autosports Ligier. 3 RTLM GT2019 winner Fabien Lavergne will drive the No. 88 R-Ace GP Duqueine alongside Ramano Ricci.

The Road To Le Mans 2025 starting grid will also feature four women, with Léna Bühler in the No. 50 23Events Racing Ligier, Vanina Ickx and Marta García in the Porsche #83 Iron Dames of 4 24H GT Series GT2021 champion Samantha Tan in the Team WRT BMW M4.

Qualifying for the 2025 Road to Le Mans will take place on Thursday, June 12, followed by Race 1 in the late evening. Race 2 will take place on Saturday, June 14, as a prelude to the 93rd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which will start at 16 p.m.
