USC – Rain disrupts testing

Petit's fourth practice session Le Mans at Road Atlanta (Georgia), where the USC final takes place, was disrupted by heavy downpours. Only a handful of cars took to the track in the hour-long session, which was interrupted twice for stewards to assess conditions. Qualifying scheduled for later today could be postponed or even canceled. The grid would then be established based on the rankings.
