USCC – DeltaWing attacks Nissan

Don Panoz and the DeltaWing consortium decided to attack Ben Bowlby and Nissan for “theft of confidential information, inappropriate use of secrets and breach of contract”. In fact, the Japanese manufacturer, which powered the vehicle developed by Panoz until 2013, presented at the Tokyo Motor Show a prototype very similar to the DeltaWing called BladeGlide which should be marketed.
