USCC – Mazda enters LM P2

Mazda Motorsports will be present next year in USCC with two LM P2 prototypes powered by the SKYACTIV-D Smart diesel engine developed by the Japanese brand and seen in particular in the RX8s meeting GT-D regulations. The identity of the drivers will be revealed later. If the first appearance in competition is scheduled for the opening round, namely the 24 Hours of Daytona (January 25-26), Mazda should take part in the Roar Before the 24 tests scheduled for January 3-5.
