VIDEO – Isotta Fraschini turns on the engine of his Hypercar

A few days after revealing images of the construction of its Hypercar, Isotta Fraschini published a video in which the noise speaks more than the image: that of the first ignition of the car's engine. The video, filmed at the Isotta Fraschini Milano headquarters, gives a brief overview of around thirty seconds of the sound of the powertrain of the Tipo 6 Competizione, with the dream of a commitment to 24 Hours of Le Mans.

“The engine of the Tipo 6 Isotta Fraschini has finally made its voice heard! Here is a short video of its first ignition at the IFM premises… with HWA staff checking that everything is working,” we can read on their Twitter.

The Italian car manufacturer still intends to participate in the world championship ofEndurance for the upcoming 2023 campaign, but his name does not appear on the entry list. Will it be possible to hear the sound of this engine, particularly on the Sarthe route? Nothing is certain yet.
