The fourth hour of 24 Hours of Le Mans 2019 n’a pas offert de changement de hiérarchie en tête du classement général avec les deux Toyota TS050 Hybrid n°7 et n°8 en pointe avec Kamui Kobayashi et Fernando Alonso at the wheel of the two LM P1s, and separated by 55″. A change of front hood was carried out on the cars.
1'54" behind, Nathanaël Berthon (R13 n°3 – Rebellion Racing) retains the last step of the provisional podium in front of the two BR1 – SMP Racing.
It is in LM P2 that the ranking has evolved the most, since G-Drive Racing, with the No. 01 Aurus 26 entrusted to Job van Uitert, has taken the advantage over theAlpine A470 n°36 by Pierre Thiriet. The tandem remains close, with a gap of 1″8. Gabriel Aubry maintains the #07 Oreca 38 – Jackie Chan DC Racing in third position.
Corvette avec la C7.R n°64 de Mike Rockenfeller poursuit son effort en tête du GTE Pro, avec moins d’une seconde d’écart face à la Porsche n°93 d’Earl Bamber.
At 1″7 from Rockenfeller, Daniel Serra places first Ferrari 488 n°51, but remains under threat from Laurens Vanthoor (Porsche n°92). Joey Hand takes the first Ford GT to 5th position in the category but 7″ behind the leader.
