As he approaches his 26th birthday next month, Marco Bonanomi enters the restricted clan of factory prototype sports drivers. Last year he had already seen his hopes of continuing in car, sharing an Audi R8 LMS with Albuquerque in the Italian GT championship. Audi Sport has just named the Italian test and reserve driver, which will allow him to participate in the development of the new R18.
