After half an hour of neutralization, the 24 Hours of Le Mans are restarted. Pedro Lamy (Peugeot n°3) takes the lead again ahead of Franck Montagny (n°2) and Marc Gené (n°1). “Stuck” behind another safety car, the Audi R15 TDIs left one minute behind the Peugeots.
The No. 4 Oreca Peugeot stopped under safety car mode to refuel and adopt a shifted strategy. Nicolas lapierre is seventh, one minute from the race lead.
