Returned victoriously to 24 Hours of Le Mans this year with its Ford GT in the GTE Pro category, the American brand announced that deliveries of the road version of the GT would begin after the first copy left the assembly line.
“When we started 2016, we had two main goals for our Ford GT supercar: to excel at Le Mans and to begin deliveries before the end of the year, explains Raj Nair, executive vice president of Ford. We achieved both.
