While Luc Alphand should no longer take the wheel in motorsport, whether on the Dakar or in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, some confusion has arisen following the publication of this news this week. Indeed, some saw in this information the cessation of activities of the Luc Alphand Aventures team, whose premises were moved from the Technoparc of the 24 Hours circuit to Mulsanne. The team led by Philippe Poincloux confirmed to us that endurance was still on its program for next season. A program which should revolve around the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Le Mans Series. At present, the LAA team does not yet know whether it will enter GT2 or LMP2. But the French team already knows that all the partners it had at its side this year will continue the adventure in 2011.
