Mark Patterson will not be able to hold his place on the Oreca 07 – Algarve Pro Racing on June 15 and 16 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and on the rest of the season ELMS, which continues this weekend in Monza, Italy.

The American, who was to support Andrea Pizzitola and John Falb in Sarthe, was the victim of an accident during testing yesterday on the Lombard track and will have to undergo convalescence, preventing him from driving for some time. Algarve Pro Racing will therefore have to nominate a third driver for the double round of the clock at Sarthe.

CARhebdo wish Mark Patterson a speedy recovery.
