McNish loves the R18 in the rain

During his recent tests at Sebring with the new Audi R18 TDI, Allan McNish had the leisure to test his machine on a wet track. A novelty that the drivers of the four-ring firm will have to understand, now that they have a roof and a windshield... " I was pleasantly surprisedhe said. In theory, the windshield tends to get dirty quickly when it rains, meaning open prototypes have an advantage. The last time I drove a closed prototype was in 1999 (With Toyota, Editor’s note).
