Nigel Mansell, after his accident 24 Hours of Le Mans, passed through the circuit's medical center, before being examined at Le Mans hospital. After receiving the green light from the doctors, the former pilot of F1, aged 56, was able to return home immediately, with his two sons, Greg and Leo, AUTOhebdo can exclusively announce. We can now wonder if the Briton's participation was very reasonable, he who, unlike former F1 World Champions such Alain Prost, has not maintained his driving skills over the years. However, it is not a driving error that is suspected as the reason for his accident but a slow puncture. Following the shock, Mansell was a little dazed but he never lost consciousness.
