Sébastien Bourdais, poleman of 24 Hours of Le Mans, showed himself this Friday to be very satisfied with the qualities of his Peugeot 908 HDi FAP. If Le Mans was worried at Sebring at the start of the year, everything went better at Spa last month when Sébastien Bourdais was able to win. At Le Mans, the 908 No. 3 still displayed the qualities seen in Belgium. “ We had confirmation at Spa that the car was much more balanced, Sébastien Bourdais told us. It hasn't been touched up since. The car is very maneuverable. We took a good look at it and didn't change much about it, other than the ride height. »

« What's good is that we didn't have to chase after adjustments, continues the former pilot of F1. We didn't have any major problems with balance. We just refined it. This is what allowed us to arrive calmly. The car is consistent depending on the conditions and temperature, it gives us confidence. So the race should be nice because the car is very good. We have fun behind the wheel. We don?t have to force things to set a time, we ride, the times come and we go ahead. It's going to be a crazy 24 hours. »
