Confirmed as winner of 24 Hours of Le Mans 2018 in the LM P2 category last week, following the lost appeal of G-Drive / TDS Racing, the Signatech team Alpine received the double clock tower winner's trophy in Fuji, Japan, from the hands of Pierre Fillon, president of the ACO.
The two Oreca 07 – G-Drive / TDS Racing had been downgraded for technical non-confirmation at the level of the refueling laps. The trio Nicolas lapierre – Andrew negrao – Pierre Thiriet is therefore essential.
