The Hope Polevision Racing team took advantage of its participation in the Zhuhai 1000 km in ILMC with a Formula Le Mans to announce its intention to enter an LMP2011 prototype with a hybrid engine in 1. The car, based on the Oreca 01 chassis, will be powered by a Lehmann-developed engine. This engine will benefit from hybrid technology developed for Honda F1, designed by the company Flybrid, which allows a carbon disc to store kinetic energy when braking the car and restore it when exiting a corner during re-acceleration.

The goal is to participate in the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
