On the occasion of the Australian Grand Prix, the team McLaren-Mercedes celebrated Pedro de la Rosa's tenth birthday in F1.
The Spaniard made his first start during the 1999 Australian Grand Prix at the wheel of an Arrows with a Hart V10 engine. The following seasons he drove for Jaguar and then McLaren. He has 71 starts in F1 and today holds the position of test driver at McLaren.
