Albon will not be able to participate in qualifying in China

It would have taken a small miracle. It didn't happen. After the violent crash ofAlexander albon in Free Practice 3, Toro Rosso had to change the monocoque of his damaged STR14 and the Briton will be forced to watch the qualifying session from the pit wall.
