Alexander albon (Toro Rosso) obtains from Honda engine manufacturers the new evolution of the Power Unit, the Spec 3, on the occasion of the Austrian Grand Prix (June 28-30). The Thai will use his fourth Honda Power Unit on the circuit of Red Bull Ring and could therefore obtain 10 penalty places on the grid if he also changes his electronic control box and battery.
