Alonso inaugurates his sports complex

Spain is proud of its pilot F1 prodigy. The pilot Ferrari inaugurated a sports center erected to his glory on the outskirts of his native village, Oviedo. The complex offers a karting of 1,40 kilometers, a 2500-meter space dedicated to road safety and a museum on the career of the double world champion. “I would like to thank the authorities of Asturias for making this possible, explains the Spaniard after completing a few laps on the karting track. This circuit could become one of the best in the world for karting: with an average width of between nine and ten meters, a really well laid out paddock and a layout which takes up some of the most interesting turns of different tracks around the world, such as the last in Valencia and the Suzuka esses. »
