No penalty against Hamilton in Austria

Summoned by the stewards for not having slowed down sufficiently under the yellow flag in Q3 and for having exceeded the track limits in this same part of qualifying, Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) is doing well.

The world champion was not penalized for the first infraction of the regulations, with the stewards highlighting that yellow flags and an electronic green flag display were present at the same time following the off-line passage of Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes).

Concerning the exceeding of the track limits at turn n°10, the Mercedes driver saw one of his times canceled but without consequences for his qualifying time for Sunday's race.
