After Donington Park, which failed, it was Silverstone which was offered an ultimatum in order to guarantee the viability of organizing the British Grand Prix. Bernie Ecclestone, representative of FOM (Formula One Management), is waiting for the contract he proposed to Silverstone to be returned to him, signed, within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, the “big moneyman” of the Formula 1 says he is ready to remove the British race from the 2010 calendar.
