The pilot Toro Rosso, eliminated in the first qualifying phase, was very disappointed at the Eurosport microphone:
« We don't really know what's going on, we clearly lack grip. The first run is to my advantage. Then we had degradation on the tires. I don't really know what to do. We're too far away to look for anything anyway. In Turkey, unfortunately, there is no development. Every time we arrive at a Grand Prix without progress, we take a step backwards. This is not surprising but it is very discouraging. »
