For having embarrassed Lance stroll (Williams) in Q1 earlier today during the Hungarian Grand Prix qualifying session, Daniil Kvyat (Toro Rosso) was penalized three places on the starting grid for tomorrow's race. 13th on the grid, Kvyat will therefore start 16th, allowing Sergio Pérez (Force India), Romain Grosjean et Kevin Magnussen (Haas) to gain a rank.

The Russian driver also received a penalty point on his license, increasing his total to 10 points. Remember that when a driver accumulates twelve penalty points, a one-race suspension is automatically applied.
